Refund and Returns Policy

At BlueTranch.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of deal t-shirts and oversized t-shirts. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order if:
    • The item is unused
    • The item is in the same condition as received
    • The item is in the original packaging
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Items damaged by wear, wash, or misuse
    • Items without original tags/packaging
    • Personalized or custom-printed products (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Provide a photo of the damaged/defective item
  • We will issue a full refund or replacement after verification

How to Request a Return

  • Email us at support@bluetranch.com
  • Include your order number, name, reason for return, and photos if item is damaged/defective
  • We will review your request and reply with return instructions

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you by email
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer direct exchanges online
  • To exchange, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if it hasn’t been shipped
