Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused
- The item is in the same condition as received
- The item is in the original packaging
- Non-returnable items:
- Items damaged by wear, wash, or misuse
- Items without original tags/packaging
- Personalized or custom-printed products (if applicable)
Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Provide a photo of the damaged/defective item
- We will issue a full refund or replacement after verification
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@bluetranch.com
- Include your order number, name, reason for return, and photos if item is damaged/defective
- We will review your request and reply with return instructions
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you by email
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- It may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Policy
- We do not offer direct exchanges online
- To exchange, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if it hasn’t been shipped
